Hey guys! Emily here with another quick update on how everything behind the scenes is going for Dvorak. With NYCC coming up in two and a half months, we're getting down to the wire when it comes to some serious stuff.
The print run for The Dealey Five will still be at the end of August, with Digital Merge following shortly afterward. The end of August will be very busy for all of us here, because it will be at the same time that book 3 will be debuting. DejiMer's last date for chapters will be August 19th, and the following week will begin book 3.
I've had a couple of questions about the book order. As Dvorak Classic was meant to be a stand-alone and not the series it is today, it is designated Book 0. Following that, The Dealey Five is book 1, Digital Merge is book 2, and the new book is book 3. When will the series end? Only I know that so far.
Which brings me to today's announcement, the title and beta logo for the newest Dvorak book, beginning serialization August 26th: The White Rose of Fiorazzurro.
Note to self: make that Gothic text lighter in color.
What is Fiorazzurro? It is a place in world Y-MH-1027-B that only exists in this world, a small island nation off the coast of Italy. It's a world where anything can happen and magic is commonplace but outlawed. The Dealey Five have been chosen to assist this world with a merge, finding guardians both for this world and for the other. While Digital Merge's focus was on all things colorful and bright, Fiorazzurro is a nation stuck in Queen Victoria's Europe, reflected in the logo. (Seriously, that text showed up way better on my laptop. I know what I'll be doing next time I work on my graphics package.)
Look here for more information in the coming days as Digital Merge wraps up and The White Rose starts its serialization.
